At Johnston Law Offices, P.C., we are excited to share the incredible Independence Day celebrations happening right in our local community. From Alton to St. Louis, there are numerous festivities and fireworks displays that promise to make this holiday truly memorable.

Alton

On Monday, July 3, the Fireworks on the Mississippi event at the Alton Amphitheater promises a memorable evening. Starting at 9:30 p.m., enjoy a musical performance by the 399th Army Band from U.S. Army Fort Leonard Wood, followed by a stunning fireworks display.

Shipman

Shipman, IL, invites you to their Fireworks at Shipman Lake on July 3. Beginning at 5 p.m., you can enjoy delicious food and beverages, with fireworks lighting up the lake at dusk.

Godfrey

Godfrey, IL, will host a 4th of July Family Fun Fest at Robert E. Glazebrook Park starting at 5 p.m. The event will feature concessions, vendors, inflatables, games, crafts, a fire truck, face painting, and more for the whole family to enjoy. The fireworks display will start at 9:15 p.m.

Beverly Farm Foundation in Godfrey, IL, is celebrating their 125th anniversary with a special fireworks display on Friday, July 14. Prepare to be amazed as the night sky is illuminated by a fireworks show around 9:30 p.m.

Highland

Highland, IL, is ready to celebrate July 4th with a Fireworks event at Korte Rec Center. The festivities will begin at 8:30 p.m., and the fireworks display at 9 p.m.

Jerseyville

Jerseyville, IL, invites everyone to witness an awe-inspiring fireworks display at the Jersey County Fairgrounds as dusk falls on July 4.

Litchfield

Litchfield, IL, has planned a Fourth of July Fireworks Display at Lake Lou Yaeger. As the night sky darkens, get ready for fireworks starting at 9:45 p.m.

Pleasant Hill

Pleasant Hill, IL, will host a fireworks display at the Community Park on Parkview Drive on July 4. Once dusk arrives, the sky will be illuminated with a spectacular show.

St. Louis

St. Louis, MO, offers the Fair St. Louis July 4th Fireworks Spectacular event at Gateway Arch National Park. Starting at 11 a.m., the celebration will feature food, music, and an 1860s 4th of July Ball, complete with period costumes and a recitation of the Declaration of Independence. The grand finale will be a fireworks display at dusk.

Troy

Troy, IL, invites you to Tri-Township Park for a fireworks display on July 4. As the sun sets, prepare to be mesmerized by the colorful bursts of light in the sky.

Bunker Hill

Bunker Hill, IL, will have its Firefighter’s Picnic at James A. Bertagnolli Park – RESI on Saturday, July 8. Starting at 11 a.m., the event will feature tractor pulls, a Jersey County Cornhole Tournament, live music, and inflatables for the kids. When darkness falls, the sky will light up with a magnificent fireworks show.
