Car accident in Illinois injures 4

Police in Illinois are in the process of investigating a two-vehicle crash that injured four people. This car accident is said to have occurred March 26, in Massac County. Per state laws, the victims of this incident may be entitled to seek compensation for their losses through legal means.

At approximately 7:46 p.m. on a local roadway, the driver of a small sedan — a 25-year-old male — crossed the centerline and struck another car. He and a passenger in his vehicle were injured and transported to a hospital for medical treatment. The driver — a 26-year-old male — and passenger — a 61-year-old female — of the other automobile were also injured and taken to a medical facility for care as well. The current conditions of all involved have not been released.

At this time, it is unknown if any charges are pending in this case. Police have yet to indicated what may have caused the driver believed responsible for this collision to cross into oncoming traffic. As the investigation is still ongoing, no further details have been made available.
