Benjamin Stephens concentrates his practice in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury and criminal defense.  He graduated from New Athens High School and attended Eastern Illinois University where he graduated with high honors.  He continued his education at Southern Illinois University School of Law.  Since graduation from Law school, he has concentrated his practice in Central and Southern Illinois and the Metro East Association.

Ben currently resides in Belleville, Illinois, and is a member of the Madison County and St. Clair County Bar Associations.  Ben enjoys many recreational activities including golf, and is an avid follower of all St. Louis sports teams.  His father is currently employed as a millwright at Granite City Steel and is an active member of United Steel Workers Local 1899.  His mother is a registered nurse with Memorial Hospital in Belleville.
